Restrictions on Driver Competition

When driver software produced by another company is installed on a computer in which the driver software that is included with this product is installed, or vice versa, the software may not install properly. If this occurs, uninstall the driver software, and then re-install it. Also, if driver software produced by another company has been installed and is started simultaneously with the driver software that is included with this product, an error message may be displayed that says, 'The driver has already started.' If this occurs, shut down the driver software, and then start the driver software that you wish to use.

* When using whiteboard software, please use Whiteboard Software Ver. 3.1 or later.

* There is no need to install the driver software (CD-ROM) that is included with the Touch Panel. If it is installed, the dedicated touch panel driver for use with an interactive plasma display may not operate properly. If this occurs, uninstall the driver software, and then install this driver software.

* Prior to installing or uninstalling this driver software, disconnect the Electronic Pen Adaptor and Touch Panel from the USBterminals of the computer.

* There is no need to restart the computer after installing/uninstalling this driver software.

Downloading and Installing the Software

Downloading and Installing the Software

The mouse emulation feature is activated after you log in. There is no remote wakeup feature that activates the screen from the suspended state by touching the touch panel. If your system does not meet the requirements above or the applications use up too much memory, the response of the touch panel may slow down. Only Windows is supported.
