To update your Surface with the latest drivers and firmware from the Download Center, select the.msi file name that matches your Surface model and version of Windows. For example, to update a Surface Book 2 with build 15063 of Windows 10, choose SurfaceBook2Win100092.msi. Download Windows Device Recovery Tool - Restore your smartphone's OS to a previous version if any errors or crashes were encountered when you upgraded it to Windows 8, 8.1 or 10. Click Download File to download the file. When the File Download window is displayed, click Save to save the file to your hard drive. Browse to the location where you downloaded the file and double-click the new file. Read the information in the dialog window.
