- Method 3 – Restart & Disconnect USB Devices. The next thing you can try is to disconnect all USB devices and then restart the machine. Once you have restarted, try to connect the USB device that was causing the problem. If that particular USB port doesn’t recognize it, try another one.
- Hi all We are currently supporting a school with a smartboard, The board connects to the pc via a COM to USB adaptor model number: usb-001-00 The machine has been rebuilt and we cannot find the drivers for the adaptor, can anyone point me in the right direction as the original smartboard software cd doesnt have these on, and tried the drivers download from the website, but everyime we boot up.
