The following is the important information of Oregon Scientific DS3899 installation driver. Click on Download Now and a File Download box will appear. Select Save This Program to Disk and a Save As box will appear. Select a directory to save the driver in and click Save. Locate the driver file using Windows Explorer when the download has completed. I don't know the WRMS200 driver that well, but due to deficiencies in
the USB implementation such kind of errors are not uncommon and not
necessarily a bug in the driver. At least I have similar issues with
the WMR200 driver and work around them.
